Lieutenant Michael Linford

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Sergeants, Officers and civilian staff in the Narcotics Division, Lieutenant Michael Linford has enjoyed abusing his position in the Providence Police Department. The hopeless incompetence of the Internal Affairs Division has allowed Lt. Linford to continue his nasty record of planting evidence, accepting bribes, and killing inconvenient witnesses. He certainly does not mind getting his hands dirty if it means earning an extra buck.
